Can I book multiple handpieces into the same bag?
Yes, you may book multiple devices under one job/QR code - we recommend up to 4-5 devices per repair bag.
Can I pay on account?
Yes. The options for payments appear upon accepting the quotation (note: the pay on account option is not available for cash-only customers).
How can I see my past invoices for repairs?
Under the tab named "Devices", you can access your repair history and also request a copy of an invoice for a repair.
Can I get a copy of a repair invoice?
Yes, these can be requested via your device history.
My app keeps crashing. What can I do?
Try uninstalling and re-installing the app, or restarting your device. If this does not work, please contact us on 01604 777700 or e-mail us on email@example.com.
